Why Does Antifa Want to “Creatively Silence” Me?

I was one of Antifa’s targets today. They were coming for me. The Proud Boys found out and decided, on their own initiative, that I needed protection and chased Antifa from City Hall where I was planning to hold my rally.

As it is with all of these events, the details are murky. I have compiled this article from a multiplicity of perspectives and sources. I will be doing a FOIA request on the shooting and OPD response and will know more then. I may have details wrong, but I have done my best to piece together a narrative from my perspective. I did an edit on this Sunday night to fill in details I have gleaned over the course of the last 24 hours.

I was shooting a video for my council campaign at City Hall. We came in peace and to have some fun.

Today a man was shot in his attempt at keeping Antifa from harassing me while I was having a peaceful event in downtown Olympia. That man is a Proud Boy. Not any PB, but one of their leaders, a Samoan man named Tusitala Toese AKA Tiny. Toese has been on Antifa’s kill list. He, along with Enrique Tarrio, are high profile in the PB organization. I have never met them, or communicated with them.

I have a working knowledge of who they are and have watched a lot of primary source footage of their events and brawls…
